Jennifer Dürst is a litigator, mediator, CLP lawyer, legal advisor, and specialist in negotiation and strategic dispute resolution. She works at the law firm STAIGER Rechtsanwälte AG and is also the managing director of the ADR/mediation center mediationDürst. She has many years of professional experience in family law, matrimonial property law, cohabitation law, child law, separation law, and divorce law. Her practice focuses particularly on complex national and international cases. She provides both advisory and litigation services. Her other area of expertise is inheritance law, as well as national and international estate planning, estate planning, and succession planning. In addition to drafting prenuptial and inheritance agreements, wills, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives, she represents and advises heirs, families, and executors in the administration and distribution of estates. She also assists her clients in enforcing their claims in court. Jennifer Dürst is a trained and certified mediator with many years of professional experience in family, inheritance, and commercial law. She is also a qualified and experienced lawyer with CLP (Clinical Law Practice).
